The challengesVery poor project management. False info to the employee that claimed themselves as a main-contractor. But actually, they are sub-contractor. They only delegated the job to another sub-contractor and appointed them as a sub sub-contractor. The person in charge which yourselves must do the sub-contractor's job which is doing all of the paperworks from start to end instead of that paperwork must be done by the sub-contractor self. Their appointed sub-sub-contractor is not helpful in delegating your work and you yourself must cover their work and presenting it to your stakeholder. Consequences, you will be burdened with their unmanaged paperwork. No proper project management office (PMO), no proper work organizational chart (WOC), no proper work breakdown schedule (WBS) to run the project. In the end, you will be subjected as a scapegoat and punching bag during the meeting.
