A universal teamThe good thingsI love that we're able to learn more about the music industry, meet new people and the Universal Music staff are the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Flexible office hours and a super cool boss! (Hi big boss and best friend boss!) I miss them already!
The challengesAn industry that needs its' workers to be available at odd times and days can really be challenging from time to time, but once you get use to it, it'll be okay. It would be great if the company could allow their staff to re-compensate their working weekends :)
