    The good thingsgood employees & if they could sustain in this company, they will sustain anywhere. they faced many challenges especially dealing with internal issues.

    The challengesNo clear SOP, changing working process for quite sometimes, a lot of meeting, no proper guideline, high expectation, need to deal with many bosses with different instructions, and the bosses sometimes are not supportive to the team. Taking so much time to solve any issues, and sometimes there is barrier to communicate within staff and management

    The challengesToo many internal meetings and presentations, making it difficult to make project progress during office hour. Expecting the employee to work all the time even at home. Extremely difficult sales KPI with strict monitoring from management. Strict hourly monitoring system implementation.
