    futureless for academician
    The good thingsteachings, big campus, nice colleagues and good facilities
    The challengesno salary increment and promotion for a long time. Many employee benefits be taken away. This situation is not a good environment for a career.

    Great for Obtaining Experience
    The good thingsThere is a lot of things you can learn from working here. You're given responsibilities which enhance your skills in many aspects. Great colleagues, great support system within the faculty.
    The challengesThere are too many to cover in one's job scope. Salary is a bit stagnant and increment depends on the institution's performance as a whole. Difficult to jump to a different grade. Sometimes work is overwhelming, and there are short of workforce which needs to be addressed.

    I would say its a great opportunities to learn new knowledge and experiences.
    The good things- My friend here is very good and always teach me new thing. - My employer also guide me and give new knowledge involve with fish breeding. - The environment here, other workers also treat me nicely.
