    The good thingsThis is public universities which led you to the benefit of being government servant. The place where you can learn a lot of new thing especially when you get involved in the Pekan Campus development. You have a lot of colleagues that can work together.
    The challengessome of the co workers being a passive which led you into trouble on working in a group. However your skills and competency will help you to overcome the situation. Seniority is something that obstruct you to maintain the high performance working attitude.

    The good thingsA place where the leaders are born. Improving my confidence and my decision making skills. Learn to manage my own team. Here is when my leadership skill to be polish. My superior shows a very good leadership example. I've set my goal higher than before.

    The good thingsMost of the co-worker are friendly and co-operative. They give advise and guide if you dont know to do something.
    The challengesSome of the supervisor are very unfriendly. Worst when not so called boss are being bossy than the real boss.
