    I gained a lot experiences while working as a lab instructor, especially in interacting with students. Plus, the staffs & lecturers helped me a lot whenever I encountered any problem.
    The good thingsThe staffs are really friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThe only challenge is I am not a Sarawakian, therefore for me to be away from home (Selangor) is quite challenging especially when my dad is not in a good health.

    The good thingsAllowances, balance work-life, 5 days working, courses are provided.
    The challengesManagement is slow when processing a simple request (such as maintenance of water leakage behind the walls). Too much bureaucracy. Half of the laboratory equipment is outdated.

    Amazing colleagues made the job fun and exciting
    The good thingsIt had been a wonderful experience to work with all the amazing colleagues. Even though I was just an intern student, they were willing to teach me and provide me with the support I needed during my internship. They also have meeting once in a while to report the progress of our work and summarise the activities we did.
    The challengesManagement has to improve their system to increase work efficiency. Despite their effort in promoting mental health care service in the university, the lack of human resource increases the workload for them, so it'd be great if they are able to allocate funding to hire one more counsellor to share the workload.

    The good thingsI enjoyed doing my industrial training here, the staff here is really welcome. They provide me an opportunity to involve in the discussion, organize the event, joined training and they treat me just like one of them. The environment is clean with forest along the road and lake that allowed for water activity, they also got their own stadium if you like sports activity.
    The challengesParking Lot, sometimes you need to come earlier just because of that. If you not lucky, need to share parking lot with students.

    The good thingsPeople that I work with were amazing. Knowledge and experience sharing were unlimited. Ideas and opinions were well accepted and considered. Working as a group had pros and cons but we enjoyed it. I took the advantage of working in a group to enhance my communication and interpersonal skills while observing situations.
