    Good Working Environment but Late Salary
    The good thingsI mostly did the module translations, compilation, and did some proofreading before send it to the supervisor. The employers are mostly friendly, tolerate and can give full cooperation.
    The challengesThe only disadvantage is the date of when you will get the salary. If you are the first-timer, the company will only give you the salary 2 months after you're working there so make sure to have a lot of allowance before working here. For example, you will get your June salary at the end of July. I hope this company can improve this part. Other than that, I hope the senior employers can give the direct, clear, and detail instructions to the new employers so the new employers know what they need to do for their job.

    I have developed leadership as well as interpersonal relation and communication skills with staffs and students and get more knowledge and experience in handling the instruments in laboratory.
    The good thingsI have understand the level of professionalism and communication required for the long-term success in the field. I have developed leadership as well as interpersonal relation and communication skills through participation in various activities organized by the university. I am also able to handle some laboratory instruments as I have undergo a few projects analysis by using FTIR, AAS, HPLC, GC, UV VIS spectroscopy and other laboratory instruments.
    The challengesThis company could improve about time management especially for students timetable in using laboratory and instruments. Sometimes the instruments in laboratory not function well and it may cause problem in obtaining a good result for analysis/research esspecially for FYP students, masters and pHD candidates.
