Try to make friends there because of the other employees are friendly and like to share their own experiences since working there. If you work on there, please look out every single career opportunity that you think is suitable for you and learn to adapt to the working situation. This company has the exact task for you especially when you are the fresh about this field. So, this your opportunity to gain some knowledge to sharpen your skills and experiences.
    The challengesWhat I feel when I start an internship as a trainee there, the situation makes me so nervous to interact with somebody there. But there have the senior employee advise me not to be nervous and join them to help each of task where need more employees to settle down by the given short time especially in the operation and marketing site which involves of make promotion on their products and services. In this site, you will expose to treat with the regular clients and also new clients. so, every time you must be prepared as well as you are the good negotiator.

    The good thingsI learn many things, from the clerical job until the lecturing job. This job require me to make a workshops regarding the entrepreneurship. Involve in many people make my communication skills better. Apart from that, i also need to give lecture to the participants this give me good experience and also increase my confident.
    The challengesSometimes I encounter some misscommunication problem. Other than that, to invite people participate in the event is also challenging. This is because sometimes the schedule are noe parralel on the participants and academician side. Therefore, high endurance and tenacity is needed

    The good thingsI am feel so thankful when I have been offered as assistant invigilators. at there I have gain some benefit where my communication skill level increase because i need to communicate with the staff, lecturers and the students. I also need to deal with them if any problem occur before, during and after the examination held. Besides that, this jobs also thought me about time management where I have to be punctual and also strengthen my integrity level where I have to work strictly and honestly.
    The challengesI have to deal with the international students and also the mobility students that came from different country. However, by having this situation I gain some benefit where I can improve my english level because I have to speak with them.
