    The good thingsKnowing a new people and making a new friends. Ability to come to work punctuality and ability to construct the task given from my supervisor very excellent and getting the job done before the dateline. My experience handle a big event as the committee. This experience give me a good skills to deal with the people that come to join.
    The challengesI have to learn by reading the research paper or journal to understand more detail about the experiment. Troublesome with some of the equipment and machines.

    The good thingsthe company has great facilities. the working hour is very flexible and you gain a lot knowledge and experience, you can come at what ever time you want as long as you completed the task. This is crazy but you should know it is a contracted work. After your contract ended, then you need to find other job

    The good thingsIts a nice experience for those who are interested in pursuing their study to Postgraduate level. Expose to such a busy schedule of training from time to time which include both undergraduate and mostly postgraduate student. Some event and training are even free, but no worries, because those with fees gives a very lower price and even lower to resident of UPM.
    The challengesAs it is a Research University, a creative and high responsibility with hardworking skill person would work fine here. Since it gives a lot of challenges both to our mental and physical.

Most of the utilized equipments are in old version condition, and some of them always have problems. This make the research difficult to go through and cannot achieve the target of research.
