It's in the middle, not so good not so bad
The good thingsMultiracial company and seniors are supportive, if you are junior can learn lot from them (Depends if you get good senior), and you do only on your scope of work where you expertise at.
The challengesLittle consideration on the deadline, causing you to work on the weekend to cope with the timeline, and the pay is low. Things to improve, increase the pay, considering the workload and living cost at the city.

Terrible management, low salary, a lot of unnecessary politics.
The good thingsLearned a lot, employer is innovative. A lot of things to do and working life not too stressful.
The challengesExtreme micromanaging. No room to breathe. Pay is lower than market rate and they expect you to do a lot more. Basically no benefits, and too many work politics.

Best company to grow yourself, career wise.
The good thingsI truly enjoys my freedom here as i get to do what we like to do as long its benefit to the company. We have the freedom to develop a working system that we see fit to our own team. This teach us to be more independent.
The challengesPretty much everything is self-trained, self-researched since all of us are a team of youngsters. Perhaps a proper training/courses/guidance is good too for the longer term, so things that we practice will be more standard to the industry and more professional direction.

    Great workplace to work at
The good thingsThe company environment is pretty laid back and chill. Not too much rush on the deadline, weekly events and friendly colleagues. On overall, you won't feel stressed working here as deadlines are reasonable and work are well distributed.
The challengesYou will be tasked with things you're good at. It is good, however there are few chance to learn new skills unless you yourself are proactive about it.

    It's alright, typical corporate lifestyle
The good thingsGood boss, good management & love the multi-racial environment:)
The challengesNo empathy, have a little consideration and make the environment happy to work in... More of a robot office also be prepared to travel in traffic for 2hours+ if you're leaving further from Solaris Mont Kiara.

    Working here
The good thingsYou learn a lot of things here and need to understand and keep track fast
The challengesWhen you have lack of knowledge and there is no one to help you because everybody busy on their own project and you are located at client's company where all your seniors in at HQ and you do not know how to explain to the senior about the situation or problem or difficulties that you had. Then you need to do by yourself.
