    Lacking of risk awareness and poor in internal control
    The good thingsWorkload is lesser here and can leave on time. Staff are friendly and easy to work with.
    The challengesManagement very emphasizes on profit and business and not implement the right tone on the working environment. Some senior management is lacking of leadership and problem solving skill yet can get promotion yearly due to close relationship with the CEO. Not suitable for young people who wishes to get more exposure.

    Multitask, overburden capable staff, unfair promotion
    The good thingsMultitask where you will be tasked with alot of job scope that is not within your key role & responsibilities. The good side is enhance your exposure and hence you can gain additional knowledge and skill sets.
    The challengesNeed to work with not so competitive staff from other departments and cover their work scope as they heavily depends on your professional knowledge to help them solve the problems. Not supportive working environment.
