    The good thingsThe colleagues here is friendly and nice. Make you feel like you are working in a family. The company is a public listed company and is systematic in every area. The management is capable and able to lead the company to achieve higher performance. Overall, this is a good company to work with.
    The challengesThe challenges is the salary paid is comparatively lower than market rate. The staffs benefit still need some improvement on this. If the company can revise the staffs pay and benefits, the company will not have a problem in talents attraction and talent retention.
