    The good thingsthe benefits and shift system is realy good. the situation of working system is with all safety and well management. work and life are great balance due to shift system and makes us work safely.

    Good Experience and gain experience and knowledge.
    The good thingsIntegrated plant with BASF Petronas so in term of safety they need to follow as BASF Petronas practice as well.
    The challengesSince this company belong to taiwan company, so it big frustrated to staff in order to get good and better safety material such PPE and other related issue. It same goes to ISO compliance. The biggest frustrated to staff right now, benefit and allowance provided not fulfill as petrochemical benefit.
