    The good thingsLots of workers benefit and well life balance. Good career advancement if dare to take challenge. An example, if willing to handle other department you will find that opportunities always there for you. Training provided also at the top level. Not only internally, but as well from the mother company itself (SENIOR Group UK).
    The challengesEven though UPECA are 1 of the manufacturer in Aerospace industry, the fundamental of manufacturing and management are not as standard as the industry reputation itself.

    The good thingsEveryone is very friendly and helpful,the boss is nice. Activities are held every year even though is not really a grand event. Working environment not stressful.
    The challengesNot a lot of things to learn for fresh grads because you are stuck doing the same job in the same department. Hard to upgrade your level. Salary is low compare to other manufacturing company. To put it simple, a good place if you want to settle down.

    Working in a factory can be nice sometimes
    The good thingsI enjoy working at this company. This is because all other employees working there are friendly including the technician and the machine operators. The factory are making aeroplane's replacement parts using the CNC machine while doing that, they keep their environment clean and safe.
    The challengesThe only challenge I face while working here is the location of this factory. There is some hard time for me to find food during the lunch hour because the nearest food stall are not a walking distance. With this i hope the factory will expand to built a food court inside.

On top of that, a few of the managers and assistant managers are not fit for their roles, thus impacting the company's operation and performance. For FRESH GRADUATES, please reconsider this company for your future career journey.

    The good thingsGreat organisation, which currently facing rapid expansion, giving opportunity for employees to test their limits and put their skills to work. Freedom to plan and execute is wholesomely given to employees rendering them the power to be independent. Nevertheless, support and guidance will be given at timely manner by highly experienced senior staff and management.
    The challengesSince there is rapid expansion going on, current system is struggling to coupe with high volume demand. New system is being implemented, and transaction period will be challenging as some of the task have to be carried out manually.
