    Stability Departments
    The good things1) You'll get awesome bonus per year (depending on your KPI) 2) Great teammates and cooperative workmates. 3) Great security and parking lot provided.
    The challenges1) Jobs scope is too complicated/lack of analyst (Lots of pharmaceutical products need to be tested in one day). Failure of the testing may result in the delay of generating reports, thus, you may need to repeat the entire tests in the following days. it may interrupt your early plan since stability products need to be completed within 7 days for the accelerated products. Lack of management system- All analysts need to be treated equally regardless of their position. When MCO has been enforced by the government recently, some workers can work from home but some are not, this rules of laws that themselves made can be changed as they wants as long as they get profits.

    The good thingsThe most I like here because of their benefits that they provide to their staff to stay active and productive to work here such as sport club, annual dinner and hi-tea that every year they organised to give an appreciation to their staff. And they also give the long service reward to their staff.
    The challengesI am worked at production department, so that I need to put extra energy to achieved the target and at the wet department (which is pack a liquid medicine) totally need the extra power because we need to carry a heavy load.

    The good thingsThe employer and staff here are very friendly and always teach me and help me whenever in needed. The surrounding is healthy and even sometimes there's a load of work, you still enjoy with the work because of the people and surrounding here.
    The challengesThe challenges I felt was to fulfill one's expectation. As an undergraduate student, people will expect you to have and do more than they expected. However, this place especially in QC department they will teach you from the beginning to ensure that staff here to not make any mistakes.
