Great Experience
The good thingsAll of the employees are very friendly and helpful of each other. A very comfortable working environment and the company provide a lot of benefits for their employees. UPM have a very flexible working hours with reasonable annual leaves and public holidays.
The challengesA more efficient system of working throughout the whole department in the company and open more headcount for both contract and permanent employees because the vibe in this company is really great that makes people want to keep working here.
