    The good thingssuperb. working with academia people really give me wonderful experience. their are very professional to handle work in pressure environment.
    The challengesof course working in education field give huge challenges to me as an entry level. Have to handle students with much demand and work which need finish it in timely manner. dealing with academia much better than students.
