    Long path to go and improve
    The good thingsAs a staff, we definitely can gain a lot of experience at here with touching different job scope at here. The working environment is good and satisfied for staff. Actually, everyone worked at here are quite comfortable in this working environment also with nice colleagues but any type of the firm will have strength and weakness. Its depend on how to improve it.
    The challengesSo far, the weakness is this company management team. They have to improve more on the management skills and educate/ training on job for their staff. The company try and recruit more energy and creative staff, and staff are company wealth! How to manage a team is the more important point, is still a long path they have to go.

    The good thingsOverall is good. The environment quite comfortable to all the staff. I can learn many skills here.
    The challengesThis company have to improve the management and communicate with the team because we are team working instead of one man show. I hope to see any improvement.

    Is good place to sharpen skills and gain experience
    The good thingsYou can meet a lot of colleague here and good working environment. This is a place you able to learn and gain experience. Although, some time we have spend time in working or project, is not really work life balance but it is challenging task.
    The challengesBeing a multi-tasker to complete all mission with speedy.

    The good thingsthe employer definitely will give a lot of chance to cover a lot different job scope in related field for us to cover so that we learn from the bottom. working environment is good and comfortable. facilities provided for learning is very satisfying
    The challengesthe management from higher level is very poor. usually employee didnt experience this until they are in management level. a lot of responsibilities is thrown to employee even some cannot be solved. bosses very easily break promises and did not do as said. bosses are really hard to be trusted
