    The good things1. company provided facilities for Muslim prayers & car park (limited) 2. if family matter, just apply leave 3days earlier 3. environment is awesome!
    The challenges1. Everything use online transition (no more manual request) 2. Always having new task to taking for our new challenge

    It was very good to work there and it was a good company
    The good thingsThe supervisor was very kind, the leader, the teammates, their was so good. It was so much fun to do the work even at first it was so hard and need a very fast hand but i still enjoyed the work. Because of the very kind teammates and leader I can learn how to do the work in a short times. The environment was so good too. The company was very strict about the cleanliness and it was good because its a food manufactured. Overall it was the best experience to work there.

    The good thingsWorking environment is great from top management to workers. One of company chain across South East Asia with a good opportunities to develop working experience and career development. Working place in conducive with new renovated office.
    The challengesto improve the employee benefits, currently the benefits is average and common in market place. A good benefits will attract more people to joined the company. Currently process still using manually, making the paperless program far from reality.

    The good thingsGetting exposed to many areas, topics & ideas from friends; bosses & sub-ordinate's. Also at the same time, learning multiple characters in different people. Getting more wiser. Gaining experience through experience.
    The challengesChanging people's way of thinking out of the box. Convincing all levels staff groups are tough but yet challenging. Educate team member to think as \"WE\" not \"I\".

    my experience for this job only 6 month but i only need 1 week for experience and never got complain from them
    The good thingsenjoy n the owner for this company is very understanding and benefit for my job here..i got idea n a lot of stuff i can do with my idea n their got to pay me bonus for this
