Usains gives a diverse working experience but needs better managementThe good thingsI had an opportunity to work at two different multinationals on different projects, which gave me ample, varied experience for my resume. There was no shortage of incoming projects too, and they were on the whole quite interesting.
The challengesThere needs to be more transparency from the management as to the nature of the jobs they procure. Ultimately it is the engineers who have to do the projects, and it would be nice if we had some input in the process. Also, management needs to really look at the finer details of the individual skillsets of the people they assign to projects to see the appropriateness to the project.
