    The good thingsUsains's staff are very good colleagues and respect each other. I am so glad and lucky to be part of their staff even be an intern student. They are so kind to me and always check on me either I am okay or not.
    The challengesMy biggest challenges is when I am not know about this roles when I first time join them. After two months, I already know what I did every day. Also, Usains can improve about use laptops instead of computers.

    The good thingsFor the upskilling program, they teach us very specific and speaks in very understandable language. Even if we knows nothing about some subject, still we can understand after learn from the lecturers.

    Good people to be working with. It is a GLC that faced substantial bureaucratic issue.

    The challengesBearuacracial and the culture are showing of a lower index to having a push to aim for a new business progressively as at the operations side it requires many processes to decision. Workers payment scale and commission have been reduced and it is implicating the motivation among the stroke of an engine.

    The good thingsThe working atmosphere here is always full laughter and cheerful. Usains staff are one family. This plus point make the rest of minus points valueless. if you the type who likes enjoyable working experience, then Usains is definitely in the list!
    The challengesNormal working challenges and acceptable office politics. Pay wise, consider average but you are not undervalued.

    Usains gives a diverse working experience but needs better management
    The good thingsI had an opportunity to work at two different multinationals on different projects, which gave me ample, varied experience for my resume. There was no shortage of incoming projects too, and they were on the whole quite interesting.
    The challengesThere needs to be more transparency from the management as to the nature of the jobs they procure. Ultimately it is the engineers who have to do the projects, and it would be nice if we had some input in the process. Also, management needs to really look at the finer details of the individual skillsets of the people they assign to projects to see the appropriateness to the project.
