    The good thingsMy employer really looking into work life balance. Especially where we are the working parent. We are able to work from home and leave early if needed to. As long as the datelines are met and we do have the quality of work. We do have frequent team building just to get to know each other better and it always emphasizes on TEAM WORK.
    The challengesAt the moment the most challenging is to educate the consumer of some constructions materials. In order not to be cheated by any irresponsible contractors that uses cheaper and un-save product but charges the consumer Premium prices.
