    The good thingsSome departments have really nice and friendly people but sadly alot do not like the department managers (not all managers). At times you'll have opportunity to learn things

    The challengesAs a new team player and fast growing company in F&B field, the HR team still have a lot of policy and system need to emphasise and standardise. This is to make sure both parties (the company and the staff) are happy with the working environment

    The good thingsYou will learn a lot of things here as it is a start up and the management are open for opinions. Above market price salary. Top management are friendly. Good pantry. Own coffee machine. Bosses encourage work life balance lifestyle.
    The challengesIt is not as organised as bigger company since it is a start up. Operation people might be harsh sometime as their job require them to work in fast pace. Benefit side can be stronger. Require more leadership training and technical training.

    I need to know all of the sop and daily hygiene and achieve the target sale for everyday...
    The good thingsBest working environment and you'll know well the authentic thai street food and you communicate with your friends to make sure all of the sop and quality of food is serve right on the customer
    The challengesYou'll need to use your physical output and your mind too because it's the thai street food so you'll need to cook fresh and follow the accurate sop and serve it based on how many the customer make an order.
