My internship at UTM Holdings as a Human and Administration Intern was a valuable experience where supportive colleagues and meaningful challenges helped me grow professionally and personally.
The good thingsMy internship experience at UTM Holdings as a Human and Administration Intern was truly rewarding. From my very first day, the team welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, making it easy to adapt and feel valued. The company provided a supportive learning environment where I was encouraged to ask questions and take on new responsibilities. I gained hands-on experience in various administrative and HR functions, such as handling employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and organizing staff events. My supervisors were approachable and always willing to offer guidance, enabling me to develop both technical skills and confidence in the workplace. What stood out most about UTM Holdings was its strong commitment to employee well-being and professional development. The positive work culture promoted teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous learning, making every day both challenging and enjoyable.
The challengesLearning new HR software and understanding company procedures required perseverance, but the supportive team helped me turn these initial hurdles into valuable learning opportunities. Each challenge motivated me to step out of my comfort zone, strengthen my problem-solving skills, and become more resourceful and confident in handling complex situations.

The atmosphere was supportive and conducive to productivity. However, one notable challenge was the lack of consistency in fairness towards employees. This inconsistency sometimes led to certain employees feeling undervalued or overlooked. Despite this, I appreciated the positive aspects of my role and the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals in a dynamic environment.
The good thingsI appreciate that they took a chance on me despite my limited experience. This demonstrates their willingness to invest in talent and provide opportunities for growth
The challengesPerhaps to improvise an aspect of organizational justice with regards to both process and outcome impartiality

I love working with UTMH. I've been empowered by working independently at UTM JB alone.
The good thingsYes! I'd love to join again if there's suitable posting and lucrative offers.
The challengesI was very young when I joined UTMH. I was lucky as the CEO chosen me to join the team and was placed alone at UTM JB. I was struggling to learn new thing and did multiple tasks by myself while my team officiated at UTMKL. That experience made me be more independent and cooperate with others to ease my tasks.
