A toxic workplace that harms morale and affects mental and physical health.
The good thingsBenefits are higher than other management companies.
The challengesThe company suffers from a deeply toxic culture, marked by a lack of empathy from leadership and bias. The environment is high-pressure with minimal regard for employees, often resulting in negative mental and physical health impacts. Work-life balance is non-existent, and collaboration is undermined by a culture where individuals are quick to shift blame rather than support one another. Management appears hesitant to make timely decisions and the processes in place are often counterproductive. Employees are penalized for minor errors, with little room for a safe learning environment or growth. The focus is not on development but on rigid expectations of perfection, often at the cost of morale and motivation. Overall, the workplace prioritizes control over progress and perfection over people, making it a challenging and unsustainable workplace. Do not work here if you would like to maintain good family life, safe growth environment, work-life balance and a healthy sleeping cycle.

Good company perks, but very poor vision for hiring top executives
The good thingsCompany employee benefits in term like employer EPF above average than most of the commercial sector.
The challengesManage by group of professionalism but not business minded oriented, only micromanage imposed more and more sloppy binding rules than let subordinates spend more energy on paperwork. But never solve main root of all problems like incompetent appointed company executive.

Good company to work for. Provided hands-on technical knowledge where you won't get it anywhere else.
The good thingsGood exposure. Steep learning curve. Good employee benefits. Management is good but they do put on high standards. A good company to work for if you are prepared to perform at your best.
The challengesLong working hours, high expectations.

Suitable only for workaholic, people who doesnt have family commitment nor require social esteem
The good thingsTBH, benefits are good. Colleagues are helpful even from different departments
The challenges1. Micro management - The management micro manages everything 2. LONG WORKING HOURS - The management expects everyone works from 9am till 8pm 3. No personal life - The management always call staffs for discussion especially when the staff is on annual leave, sick leave, weekends, public holidays and even at night. Yet, boss expects immediate response.

Toxic Work Culture at UTSB Management Sdn Bhd
The good thingsSalary was ok, medical benefits covers parents and group insurance coverage is good.
The challengesManagement that micromanages and unable to make decisions. Decisions, when made can change overnight and they do not take ownership but blame others instead. There is no growth opportunities and people may feel stagnant after awhile. They say they are hybrid, but they do not trust when you work from home and it is more stressful to work at home than in office.

The company promises but fails to deliver when it comes to employee satisfaction / welfare in work. Due to the lack of information on the company, it is difficult to get a clear picture until you’re in the company.
The good thingsBenefits are fairly higher than industry average
The challengesIt can be quite hard to make a mark.
