    Family Business - Bad Top Management
    The good things- Listed Company - Relationship among colleague still ok here - Big scale company
    The challenges- No appreciation on employee hard work but only pressuring - Top management also not comply to standard set by themselves -Most of the staff is driven to work until late night, lag of work life balancing - Demotivated operation environment - Business Development unit direct take full control of operation which most of the view of point is from Sales to control Operation. - Frequently happen employee termination, ask to leave 24hours even is 1 month notice.
