    The company should improve management communication, employee support.
    The good thingsVery stressful working environment with urgent parts issues happening almost every day. Workers are expected to handle all problems without enough support from management.
    The challengesManagers are not supportive and do not fully understand or care about the challenges are facing daily. There is also favoritism and biased treatment within the team, which affects employee morale and fairness at work.

    I joined with UWC Berhad with "0" knowledge about Sheet Metal industries. But i am fast learner & now i have new experience & lot knowledge about Sheet Metal industries.
    The good thingsYou able expand your working experience & knowledge even you are fresh and have no working experience before when you joined at UWC Berhad. You can learn many thing which you cant get same thing at others
    The challenges- Must ready with Multitasking - Everyday is urgent shipment - 1 item will be monitor & push by 3 differents team (Planning, Marketing & Manufacturing) - Hot & dirty environment

    This company is a toxic workplace with exploitative practices, incompetent management, and a complete disregard for employee well-being.
    The good thingsyou got a job but horrible one
    The challengesThis company is a nightmare. They overwork their employees, pay peanuts, and act like they're doing you a favor by giving you a job. Management is clueless and only cares about themselves. Don't waste your time or energy here. Facility and benefits are very poor quality, will try every way to exploit you. It affect your current career & even future career path.

    imagine hired as a specialist but was not utilized properly.
    The good thingsGrowing fast pace company Th future is bright as long as the business/strategy department continously performing well.
    The challengesToo much financing limitation for the internal project improvement. Some project tasked by the HOD are beyond ridiculous as they set a magically miraclously financing benchmark. Some project improvement that is suppose to be done in a team become your individual project.

    The challengesFamily business with a lot of office politics, Everyday is fighting between departments, No proper SOP, No worklife balance have to work until late nights everyday and weekends to get anything done. Worst work experience of my life.

    A great place to start your career.
    The good thingsGreat working atmosphere although sometimes the work might be hectic but it could come as a training ground to create a strong and tough personality within ourselves.
    The challengesSometimes, you have to sacrifice your time and energy for the growth your company. Yes, your weekend might be just another working days for you but, in the end your hard work won't be in vain, lots of OT paid and quarterly performance bonus.

    The good thingsCompany want to save cost ,they don't provide proper functional laptops/desktops and no proper seating place for new hires. Some new hires using their own laptop to work.

    Think twice when you wan to work at this company
    The good thingsFriendly and approachable colleague is the only good thing.
    The challengesbad facility, bad report manager, bad work life balance, bad canteen food, company want to save cost so bad they don't have proper functional laptops/desktops for new hires. As a listed metal fragmentation company, it is a shame they don't provide ready stock laptop for new engineers, they have to wait almost 1 to 2 months to get their laptop/desktop ready.

    The good thingsI was given good guidance, so I was allowed to do wiring and installation work to find practical product. Furthermore, wiring work helps focus in a more careful and precise study of engineering drawings. The machine operation opportunity allowed me to improve my performance and management skills.
    The challengesBecause there are so many staff, it is necessary to add a punch card machine. The company should provide a canteen food court so that employees do not experience delays in finding food outside before their break ends.
