    Working with a deep interest in this company is why I once did this work over company project on Bravo Tray. It's hard work and it's perfect for me. I was a former soldier for 21 years. And it fits my taste.

    Its a good career start for exposure, but not for long stay.
    The good thingsThe environment is friendly and lot of exposure in oil and gas environment.
    The challengesThe organization chart change frequently based on person on top. No proper guidance and reporting and communication line is not clear. Even as in Junior role, you will be expect to carry and perform role outside your capabilities, then been criticized for not performing. prepare to become taichi master as blaming game is high.

    The good thingsPros: 1. Get to learn new things. 2. Made few friends. 3. Exposed to a new environment.
    The challengesCons: 1. Inexperienced management and staff with high wages. Consuming company's overhead. In return unable to hire people and thus under staff. 2. Heavy workload. Terrible work life balance. Expect to do 5 person's work and maintain same salary for 3-5 years. 3. Lack of support either financial, technical and moral support from upper management.

    Good place to learn and gain experience but not recommended to stay for a long term due to salary are not align with Job Descriptions
    The good things[1] For fresh graduates, it is a good place to learn a lot of things from A to Z. [2] Have flexibility in term of working hours (but depend on who is your HOD). [3] Good working environment with colleagues and team.
    The challenges[1] Poor planning in term of project planning. [2] Some of the coworkers did not follow and even worse some of them do not know the internal procedure. Always tried to bypass everything. [3] Very bad cash flow management. [4] Company is highly bureaucratic.

    Salary Not Allign and Management Like To Make Agreement Verbally with Staff
    The good thingsSupportive Colleague and not short of fun activities. Good place to learn or experience things especially for freshie.
    The challengesManagement always over promise things to client and vendor. Like to deal verbally with staffs especially when it comes to remineration. Salary not allign and sometimes what they promise verbally, turns out differently on paper. Lots of office politics and favoritism. Few space for staff development.

    The good thingsApplying my skills set in the Liquified Natural Gas Plant -Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd. Uzma Engineering is a Partner To MLNG; Supplying Manpower/Consultant Services to MLNG Sdn. Bhd. I served MLNG Sdn. Bhd. through UZMA under a Professional Service Contract Scheme. It is a fixed Term Contract 2years +1year and subjects to renewal. My total years serving in MLNG Sdn. Bhd. is 6 years 4 months. During my tenure in MLNG Sdn. Bhd. I experience the execution of Plant Change Projects and Turnaround Projects.
    The challengesThe challenges is more on correspondence matters as MLNG Sdn. Bhd is in Bintulu. UZMA ENGINEERING Sdn. Bhd. is in Miri. The process of Timesheet is quite tedious occasionally. Other administrative matters may take some patience to get move or through occasionally but that is secondary in nature. Ultimately things resolve and proper approaches can be workable to bring satisfactory results. They key factor is team work player in every staff - good aptitude and healthy mind.

Company have very good events and so much activities that needs to participated by all staff.     The challengesDepartment doesnt have proper policy and procedure hence still can manage the things. Need to alert and punctual with the due date where most of it has been ad-hoc matters. All the languages using is totally english because they are using international and its easy to communicate with expatriate.
