The good thingsNothing good in this company
The challengesThis company has no clear direction in managing project management from the start until the completion of a project. Once employed, you will be placed into an unclear job description (JD) and thrown directly into the project without proper guidance, regardless of whether you are a junior or senior staff. There is no detailed explanation of what exactly you are expected to do or handle which results in employees are being unprepared and unmanaged. You are expected to initiate the projects blindly, with no firm information provided—such as proper documentation flow processes, project matrix charts, engineering support, and other essential resources. In the end, any mistakes are blamed on you, and you are treated as a scapegoat. The company operates as a sub-sub-contractor, meaning you must work under appointed vendors or subcontractors which lowering your working standard. Not good for your career development as nothing can be seen when working in this company.
