    The good thingsAs I stand at this ten-year milestone, I look back with pride and forward with anticipation. I can say this is the growth that inspires, over the years, I’ve witnessed the company evolve & embracing new technologies. This constant growth has been a wellspring of inspiration, pushing me to expand my own horizons and embrace change with an open mind.
    The challengesThe challenges that strengthened. Of course, the path wasn’t always smooth. There were days when the pressure to meet production targets was intense, when machinery broken without warning, or when customer demands shifted unexpectedly. These moments not only tested our resolve, but they also brought out the best in us. We learned to adapt, to innovate, and to overcome—emerging stronger with each hurdle.

    The good thingsHas great support from all my colleagues & top management. Strong teamwork, no political dramas, and of course you can get a work-life balance here. This company is practicing the 5S culture, hence the workplace is in good condition & you will not be stressed out for the messy place.
    The challengesAimed to become a leading converter company in Malaysia, this company never stops growing. So, you have to be strong mentally & physically. Self-learning & fast-learning are also important here, however you still can seek a piece of advice from your superior & manager as they always open their doors for us.

    Smooth production
    The good thingsGreat support from all colleagues and superiors. Everybody share knowledge and experience here. The bosses doors are always open for discussion and they will always listen to you. No politics, and everybody are working towards the same vision and mission.
    The challengesDifficult to find nearby restaurant and parking spots are first-come-first-serve basis. In working aspect, the challenges are mostly the same with other company like tight schedule, and high quality demand by customers.
