    The good thingsGreat automotive MNC with a lot of knowledge to be learn. Good career path ahead if you excel well in your scope.
    The challengesPoor compensation and benefits, specifically on bonus and medical in-patient coverage for dependent (you have to add on pay monthly in the medical card plan).

    Seriously Valeo is MNC????
    The good thingsThe salary is considered high, you can easily report anything straight to the top management and their management replied very fast, they do entertain you even if you are only a low level workers.
    The challengesA MNC which totally without flexibility, so many restrictions and very long working hour. Management not trust their staff at all while WFH. Not really allow WFH while government already fix 30% workforce in company.

    Non value added activity ,causes divert your focus & natured duty . More time need to allocate for convincing people due to no trust & run from problem.

    The good thingsThere has been a lot of improvement in term of recognition of the employee effort. The facilities such as canteen environment is so much better compare to two and half years ago. The superior are willing to hand in hand support with daily challenges. Intensive training provided to different area depending on the position.
    The challengesHow ever there is room to grow in term of work-life balance. Its the people that complicated the procedure/process. Need more integration between employee of different cultures and background also in between different positions.
