    Family & friends culture that is old-school, biased. wanting to change but incapable management.

    The challengesemployee salary is lower than average. weak HR welfare and benefits. minimal medical and insurance. no optical, no dental allowance. very messy hierarchy. family & friends team that is lack of business & people management experience. very old school & traditional style. still need to clock in via app because no trust. lack of professionalism and emotional.

    Awesome company for awesome people!
    The good thingsThe company give me a freedom to express (experiment) myself on my work and open for a new suggestion and opinion despite of my position as creative designer. They also give a flexibility and tolerable to their staff depending on their situation. Boss and management really look out for their employee and respect us.
    The challengesBecause of this is a small company (yet growing), employee must prepare for the multitask and overload (not that often) work flow and must be able to work fast. And maybe to commit your work, you may have to stay late (if you responsible enough). Especially in my marketing and creative department. You have to prepare a lot of marketing and design tools.

    The good thingsIts small and growing company. hence, you got to experience everything and you need to be extra creative and multitasking in doing almost everything. its a good company to start you career because the value and seek for new and fresh ideas!
    The challengesDoing everything, too much multitasking sometimes makes you less focus on what is actually you need to handle.
