    The good thingsVery good paymaster to Contractors with a lot of project to engage with. Very good management team and HR support are acceptable. Will try at best to settle invoices from contractors and to pay on time. Good opportunity to renew contracts with other VPC clients all over the world.
    The challengesTraining is a bit challenging for contractors due to time based contracts. At times, contractor are required to provide training to VPC employees which is out of scope of the contract. At some point management team are not really transparent especially on financials matters.

Each one has their own expertise and experience - Nice working environment

    The challengesthe company has some financial issues and the salary was paid late, no bonus and claims were overdue more than 5 months.
