    Good Working Environment but Fast Paced
    The good thingsThe company gives good and stable salary. Normal working hours 8 to 6 pm. Company is expanding, therefore overtime is available if you need more money. Department incentives are also given. Pantry is spacious. All colleagues are friendly. Helpful supervisors available to help you reach your career goals.
    The challengesThe company is expanding, new machines coming in, new SOPs. You have to be able to adapt to new environment in a short time. The management can be strict, but the decisions made are fair. Most of the issues can be discussed.

    WWTP INTERNSHIP TRAINEE
    The good thingsThe working environment is very nice. I have learnt a lot in running and handling the WWTP. The supervisor was very supportive, the foreign workers also nice and friendly. For a trainee for internship, this company is very suitable to enhance your basic skill with the real working environment.
    The challengesThere is not so much challenge during my internship training period. Even the problems were happened in WWTP, but the supervisor was very supportive and guide us on how to settle the problems.

    The good thingsI get real exposure towards wastewater treatment plant. Supervisor is kind and always monitor from time to time to make sure the plant is in a good condition.
    The challengesNot much challenge except if the plant gets upset but the supervisor are supportive enough to help in handling the plant.

    It give me the picture of real working environment.
    The good thingsTo be honest as an internship it is shocking. I got to see how a real working etiquette of a person in charge. This made me realise how big the responsibility does one carries as an engineer. My supervisor is super kind although at a certain time we do still feel scared. As an intern, we got new knowledge from our supervisor. I gain the experience of handling a water treatment plant, how the logistic area operates and even the process it takes to make a product in a production area. The best part is, the surrounding area always neat and clean. The toilet, stair or pantry, everything is clean.
    The challengesThe staff is all friendly but somehow the environment is tense. The procedure is somewhat harsh, but then that must be the company is policy.

    The best workplace ever for internship students
    The good thingsI obtain some experience and knowledge about WWTP (waste water treatment plan) department as well. Moreover, my supervisor, staff and other workers (especially from foreigner workers such as from Bangladesh) are very supportive and kind that make me easily to communicate and learn some knowledge from them. Besides that, I also learn some knowledge in production site and warehouse. It give me one big picture of the beverages production process in Vegeta Food Industry Sdn Bhd from start until end roughly.
    The challengesMiscommunication is a something cannot be avoided since there are foreign workers at workplace. However, they will understand what we are trying to express words to them with speaking slowly and clearly to them. Body language also is one of the alternative ways to communicate with them.

    The good thingsI got an experience and gain my knowledge in WWTP department by doing the task by myself with supervise from my supervisor and other workers.
    The challengesMissed communication with foreign worker but it is not a big problem because most of them can interprate by body language what they want to deliver

    GOOD FOR COLLECTING EXPERIENCES
    The good things1. The working hours are acceptable.(8am-5pm) 2. Staff and workers are friendly and helpful 3. I gain knowledge and experiences not only in my department (WWTP), but also other department like production and logistic (warehouse). It is good since intern should collect as much as knowledge and experiences during their internship to be apply in their working life soon. 4. Supervisor always make sure interns get something new everyday. 5. workplace clean(especially toilet) , wide, and peaceful.
    The challengesMost of the workers are foreigner from Nepal and Bangladesh which is hard for me to communicate. Sometimes, missed communication occurs. But, it is not too bad since the workers are friendly and easy to deal .

    I got many experienced working here because a lot of work to do inside this company. You are not only complete your task from ypur department but also others. Recommended to intern student also because they surely can get more experienced especially on supply chain & wastewater treatment plant

    Good Experience, Environment and People
    The good things1. I am able to learn a lot of new things and gain experiences I believe not every company can provide. 2.The staffs here are friendly. The management here generally takes care of all staffs. 3.The average working hours is 8 hours per day, no shift. I get paid for OT as well. We get paid monthly. 4. The office environment is great with an open yard. Office is spacious and with lots of light coming in. In the pantry where we have lunch (air conditioned), a refrigerator and microwave is provided. 5. A lot of parking space in the company, no need to park very far away.
    The challengesOn certain days when the company have high orders, we need to enter work earlier at 7.30am to facilitate production timing. There are also certain days we have to go home a little late (max 6.30pm), OT is paid, therefore it is not too bad.
