    Good for Management role i guess, cause they always feed their job to juniors and SME
    The good things- Flexible working hours - WFH benefit
    The challenges- Below average compensation - Company always trying to save cost in terms of project implementation, manpower, benefit altho the business are doing good - Due to not enough manpower, workload for people resigned being assigned to whoever left in the team

    The challengesStill need to learn many thing to ensure you can do your job. But it is good for your career, you can choose one equipment and focus on that system, later you can become a specialist and go to the other company that can improve your career development.

    CEO is vr open to suggestions from staff. Friendly and approachable although at times can be very very busy.
    The good thingsAs long as you use your brain, they gv u free hand to manage your affairs. Most of the bosses are friendly and approachable although a few can be very difficult. Open working environment and staff interact well with each other.
    The challengesSalary scale is average to below average. HR staff are NOT resourceful and NOT helpful. Best to describe them as Payroll Dept jer. Sorry to say lah.. But management stress on compliance and good governance. Can be good and bad at the same time. Can be very stressfull sometimes. Very often, they are shorthanded and works pile up very fast..

    Just average company, there is a lot of room for improvement such as upgrade HR System toward digitization, accounting system need to be upgrade, procurement system also need 100% change better buy SAP instead use internal software. Reporting system for offshore operational should be upgrade using online based system instead paper based that can lead human errors. HR Division need to wake up to promoting good culture and belief that align with local regulations and international ILO standards, review offshore allowances and benefits to all under salary crew and staff.
    The good thingsonly good friend but management need to buckle up and think something to upgrade the company and ensure company not left behind from changes of technology. use less paper and think to digitization operational reporting system.
    The challengesHR too much secret and need to be transparent on salary scale and grading.

    The good thingsTeamwork within the crew in running drilling warehouse services, full commitment has been given even though there is lack of support from management, larger improvement could be made which could lead to major cost saving but due to lack of knowledge on operation had caused slow improvement.
