Thrilling first step of my milestone. The good thingsI've been here for 8 months as my internship allows me to stay longer than normal internship placement, I found this placement by them coming to my university and getting an interview that I never asked for, my curiosity is why im here for almost a year as an intern.
Fell inlove with the company on my first interview with the Talent Acquition executive, she gives me a warm, welcoming good feeling instead of a normal interview with other companies i've interviewed with.
Working directly with a super functional People and Culture Team is a great experience for an Intern, even though we all have a sooo much difference in backgrounds, ranks and personalities, they are considered my second family far from home and university.
The challengesAt the start you will feel like everything is a little slow, but it changes once you proved yourself.
Not much of appreciation as im just holding the Intern title.
Some ideas are ignored and may not be used, its hard dont see your initiative comes to life.
May be an exhausting environment if you are not that sociable
