Challenging but eye-openingThe good thingsYou'll get to experience a lot of things and gain plenty of new skills. The head nutritionist is willing to teach provided if you really seek it. Don't expect to be spoonfed here and take initiatives on your own. One thing I enjoyed most is being able to consult with customers to share awareness of eating a well-balanced meal and helping them to change their daily habits in a sustainable approach.
The challengesSince it's still considered a start-up company, definitely there's still a lot of rooms for improvement in terms of their management. It was quite messy and there were many miscommunications between employers and employees. To ensure your employees will be happy working for you, employers should also make sure they take care of their employees' well-being. Time management is also something that needs to be improved on and the management team needs to grow in order for the company to sustain and work efficiently without burdening each other. Overall, it was a bittersweet experience for me but sad that I had to leave due to personal issues and unforeseen circumstances. Hope to see the company do well in the near future.
