    SALES and Cold - Calling
The good thingsMet some wonderful people working there. They prefer hiring interns and mostly are really good interns.
The challengesManagement is poor. Salary given late. They said u will get commission but at the end of the day there's no commission given. Full time on weekends. Hiring professional to do HR, Accounts, Admin and also Tele - Marketing.

    Challenging but eye-opening
The good thingsYou'll get to experience a lot of things and gain plenty of new skills. The head nutritionist is willing to teach provided if you really seek it. Don't expect to be spoonfed here and take initiatives on your own. One thing I enjoyed most is being able to consult with customers to share awareness of eating a well-balanced meal and helping them to change their daily habits in a sustainable approach.
The challengesSince it's still considered a start-up company, definitely there's still a lot of rooms for improvement in terms of their management. It was quite messy and there were many miscommunications between employers and employees. To ensure your employees will be happy working for you, employers should also make sure they take care of their employees' well-being. Time management is also something that needs to be improved on and the management team needs to grow in order for the company to sustain and work efficiently without burdening each other. Overall, it was a bittersweet experience for me but sad that I had to leave due to personal issues and unforeseen circumstances. Hope to see the company do well in the near future.

    Good Internship Experience!
The good thingsFriendly supervisor and such a comfortable working environment. I am glad to learn on how to provide nutrition consultation/ health advice to the clients and interpretation of blood test results. I am able to hands on administration work as assigned by supervisor and able to practice effective communication skill. A good internship experience for me! :-D
The challengesEffective time management is important to complete task on time. You need to have nutrition background/ attend nutrition related classes for a better performance in workplace as nutritionist trainee.
