    Great learning experience
    The good thingsThe company's reputation, and the learning experience is really something that no other companies can compare. Customers respect you, unlike working as a waiter, customers at Verdure see you as a professional not like a server.
    The challengesIts a Superbrand BTW, they have standards. But fair though, after all, you need to do your job correctly.

    The good thingsInterested work system tht involve many departments, small company, medical reports, there r things to learn, structured sop. Learning is OK I may say
    The challengesRecorded cctv, long work hours than stated as norm plus its 6 days work, no ot payment, cannot use phone or personal laptop throughout work hours. prefer highly obedience n serving individual. Read contract carefully before sign regardless what u hear at tht very moment and you will know. 'Discipline' standards is different from normal companies ' HR.

    The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities for employee to learn and also able to work on various positions in the company. Employee also get to expose with company partners such as healthcare laboratories and hospitals.
    The challengesCommunication is the main challenge between employer and employer to ensure the task given can be done smoothly. In some occasions employee needs to fight for employee rights.

    The good thingsSkill wise, I get to learn about customer service, knowledge wise, I learned about infertility, and genetics.
    The challengesQuite a number of things to learn and remember. The geneticist leading the company is a Stanford University Medical graduate, so he expect the same kind of standards.

    Excellent working environment
    The good thingsLearned many things about the industry, from Traditional Chinese Medicine all the way up to genetics. Many chances to interact with customers and business partners.
    The challengesAs with all other jobs and companies, there is always a small amount to stress, but the directors are very understanding and will provide guidance accordingly.

    A fantastic experience to gain specialised knowledge in the Fertility field
    The good thingsGuidance from the Directors and Senior Managers, no office politics so I could focused on learning and working. An amazing opportunity to work with large hospitals, fertility clinics and even the most advanced genetic laboratory. There was also opportunities to run a seminar and to even become a Fertility Consultant or a Natural Fertility Specialist.
    The challengesThere is nothing not to like about this company, but of course if you want success, you need dedication and the willingness to learn.

    Everything is building up.
    The good thingsUnlimited opportunity to grow your career here due to the structure is not established and involved in many future development to enhance business direction in the coming 10 years. Staff is nice but not enjoying the working environment due to some social/communication issue. Overall, this is a good place to learn.
    The challengesEverything is not standardized as the company is still under development. All the system, work flow and technology to developed by your own is necessary to enhance your personal performance as there are no existing work flow available. Team is not lead by a Manager but all overtaken by the Management which you might not have the rights to control your working process due to overreacted management.
