In charge of the production and meet specified requirements for project.. Analyze the drawings and modify when it needed and reduce possible issues during production. Pay strong responsibility in detail drawing to prevent design and construction.

    The good thingsThe people. The team work. The spirit. Can learn a lot such as design, requirements and services need for high rise buildings in KL. The club of VAKL keep everyone active by preparing activities throughout the whole year. Exp: movie night, hiking, baking day, mountain climbing, etc.
    The challengesWhen tight deadlines between one meeting to another, or deadlines of competitions, we work more intense and hours per week. Need to cope with the stress and feedback from clients. Never stop upgrading the work with the team.

    The good thingsAn organization which is concern of the welfare of their staff, the working environment was great and gives you the drive to work hard and perform. Coming from a small office, was excited to see how a reputable company operate : from intermediate level to the managerial level. The projects was massive and challenging despite time consuming was worth the time spent.

    The good thingsJob scope - they throw you at the deep end and expect you perform as an Olympian. Great Social and Society Club! - you will miss them! Awesome range and project typology. if your life is work and work, this is a great place for you as your social life can be built in the company.! A truly unique place. can be overwhelming sometimes. not a place for faint hearted! great working environment! Morning drink and Tea served for you!
    The challengesSize of the project are huge!, project complexity beyond norm. hence pressure to deliver within the dateline given, Salary isn't great, from my personal view, its not balance with the workload given. menpower per project can be an issue, hence the above remark, if enough menpower assigned to each project, Veritas can be a truly great place to work! Its a big company with over 2 hundred staff! you will have a tough time to remember and recognize everyone!

    The good thingsThe good thing about Veritas Architects is the employer did take care of the staff, never let u be alone when doing the work. The brotherhood between staff, employer and employee always makes us feel like a big family. We work very hard together and play hard as well. Being more time in work place with Veritas always feel like you work at home. Positive environment, work place and people.
    The challengesThe most challenging thing work with the company is work load. Veritas Architect is a well known firm in Malaysia. In fact overseas too.They have lots o project So you need to be strong in term of mentally and physically because the work load may need you to focus more on your work plus the tight dateline. However, committed support team there always there to ensure project goes smoothly

    The good thingsGiven good opportunity to handle projects from A-Z, under the guidance from associates and principals. Good thing was we were also being given opportunity to know the fees as well as the collection of fees from the Client. In a way, we are treating a project like our own and this is a training that not many Architecural Firms can provide.
    The challengesIn doing all the additional tasks (non Architectural related), we need to be a fast learner in developing the soft skills (besides the technical knowledge).
