    Flexible hours however can get a bit mundane
    The good thingsFlexible working hours with friendly colleagues, Lots of kopitiam nearby and Qb is just walking distance away
    The challengesWork together in the same space as boss so it might gets stressful sometimes. Boss can be quite harsh but usually he's a friendly guy. Work can gets mundane after a while and felt like there's not much career advancement
