    The good thingsTHE COMPANY ENCOURAGE STAFF TO BUILD UP/ UPGRADE THEIR SKILL/KNOWLEDGE RELATED JOB SCOPE AND SENDING THEM TO ATTEND COURSE AND TRAINING IF APPLICABLE. THE COMPANY ALSO WILL TRYING TO FIND EXISTING STAFF TO REPLACE KEY PERSONNEL POSITION IF THERE ARE VACANT (STAFF LEAVING). IN OTHER WORDS, PROMOTING EXISTING STAFF TO HIGHER POSITION.
    The challengesTHE MOST CHALLENGIG THING IS FACING STAFF THAT NEVER GIVING THEIR COOPERATION FOR COMPANY DEVELOPMENT. MORE WORST IF THEY ARE FROM MANAGEMENT STAFF. WHEN IT HAPPENED, THE COMPANY CANNOT DOING THEIR BUSINESS SMOOTHLY AND IT WILL AFFECT THE COMPANY PERFORMANCE AND GENERAL STAFF MOTIVATION.IN SHORT, THE COMPANY HARD MAKING PROFIT.
