Overall, it's an environment that promotes both development and high performance.
The good thingsOne of the standout aspects has been the strong support and guidance provided by management, including direct involvement from the CEO. This level of leadership fosters a sense of direction and ensures that we have the resources we need to succeed.
The challengesChallenging technology projects, which I view as a great opportunity for personal and professional growth. These challenges push me to continuously improve and expand my skill set.

Working on different projects exposes me to various challenges and solutions, enriching my professional experience and knowledge.
The good thingsAs a recent graduate, I was entrusted with handling EPCC projects under the guidance of Project Managers. Instead of being penalized for our lack of experience, we were supported with encouragement and knowledge, empowering us to achieve great success. We also got opportunities to work under experienced engineers and project managers who can provide guidance, support, and professional development.
The challengesThe need to handle several tasks at once due to clients requirement.

Thank you for everything and will surely be back if the opportunity is there.
The good thingsI was contacted by the management to give a review on the company. Honestly, I was surprised to see some untrue review written here by disgruntled employees. Personally, I find working here not only improves your knowledge, but also your leadership skills. I was guided well by not only the managers, but also the CEO himself. The work was good, with good clients and exposure. I left due to family commitments, but if given a chance, I would love to come back and join the company. Until now we are still in touch for a good chat and advice session.
The challengesIndeed, the expectations of the management is to ensure work is done to the best quality. They also expect the team to be trustworthy and motivated. Maybe these aspects don't sit well with employees who prefer to always take it easy and accept a mediocre quality.

    Accelerated growth and good exposure
The good thingsI have learnt a lot during my tenure as a process engineer. I have also received good guidance and learnings from the CEO himself. He was willing to make time to teach and constantly guide me to ensure I reach my full potential. Besides that, together with my teammates, we work together with the same vision.

    Good Opportunity
The good thingsInteresting EPCC projects and supportive management allows good career advancement opportunities. Gained a lot of valuable experience in project and engineering management with key clients in the industry. Small company with a lot of dedication and passion.
The challengesNeed to be alert and work hard especially in the current challenging times of the oil and gas industry. Not all employees are engaged hence you may have to cover for others at times which can be tough.
