    The good thingsCompany has great welfare, but work life slightly not balance in a way that work load is heavy. nonetheless, with the harmony among colleagues and customer, make the job satisfaction feel good. there manager is fair in evaluation performance and company performance well in industry as market leader, benefits all employees. super on-time salary remittance.
    The challengesheadcount could have been increased due to work load. challenging of project work is to get customer to agreed to pay on progress claim. chances of promotion is limited as the hierarchy is not many levels.
