    Great place to stay for long termMy experience working at this company has been largely positive. It offers a supportive multinational corporation (MNC) environment with excellent benefits that make it a great place to build a career. The flexible working hours (7 AM to 4 PM) provide a good work-life balance, allowing me to manage my time effectively. I find it relatively easy to achieve personal objectives, thanks to clear goals and a collaborative atmosphere. The team is friendly and always willing to help, which fosters a welcoming and motivating workplace culture. Additionally, I appreciate the clear progress in career development opportunities, making it encouraging to grow within the organization. On top of that, the daily free lunch is a wonderful perk that adds to the overall positive work environment.

    Poor planning&manage by production..

    The challengesLast minute planning schedule by production make you stress.Any complain made by others department, they dont do corrective action by their department,just gave technical department burden and extra job.very poor thinking and solution
