VFive Group is a good place for IT professionals who want to gain solid technical exposure and practical problem-solving experience.
The good thingsWorking at VFive Group has given me the opportunity to strengthen my technical and problem-solving skills. The role exposed me to a wide range of IT tasks, from troubleshooting hardware and network issues to supporting software implementation.

Working as an IT Engineer at VFive Group gave me strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system support, and networking. The role was fast-paced and challenging, with tight deadlines, multiple issues to handle at once, and high user expectations. However, the supportive team, exposure to real-world IT problems, and opportunities for professional growth made it a valuable and rewarding experience.
The good thingsWide exposure to IT tasks (support, troubleshooting, networking) Supportive colleagues and management Great place to sharpen problem-solving skills
The challengesThe role came with several challenges, such as handling urgent support requests under tight deadlines and managing multiple IT issues at the same time. At times, I had to work with limited resources while ensuring minimal downtime during system failures.

Proven experience in managing operations, facilities, and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on process improvement, efficiency, and organizational growth.
The good thingsVFive Group provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and cross-functional collaboration. One of the things I value most is the trust given to employees to lead impactful projects and drive change, especially in areas like ESG, digital transformation, and operational improvement. The leadership team is approachable and open to new ideas, and the young talents within the company show outstanding dedication and energy, often going above and beyond to complete their tasks. The culture of pushing boundaries and taking ownership makes it a great place to grow both professionally and personally.
The challengesAs a growing company, VFive Group is still in the process of refining its internal processes and standard operating procedures. At times, fast-paced growth can lead to overlapping responsibilities and the need for clearer role definitions across departments. Adapting to rapid changes and managing multiple priorities requires strong communication and agile problem-solving. However, these challenges also create valuable learning opportunities for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to building structured, scalable systems.
