    The good things~ Friendly working environment & u can find the snacks in pantry area. ~ Company will give festival gift to staffs (like CNY, Raya, Mooncake Festival, etc.) ~ Able to explore new system & software

    The good thingsGood management, Salary not bad, Got to improve my knowledge & skill, Friendly colleague, Love the small event done by the company. Good for fresh graduates to improve their skills.
    The challengesManagers/assistants manager/Team Leaders must make sure their subordinates who work hard, are known at a higher level. Hence the staff will get recognization that they should be getting.

    The good thingsWorking at VH has increased my discipline and making me more professional than when i first arrive. Also the team leader are also helpful when needed help. There is a small bond between teams which make this a great environement.
    The challengesmaybe the salary average can be increase a bit because work is quite heavy.

    The good thingsGood salary and best incentive for hardworking staff. Good career progression and growth opportunities. Friendly staff and management. The bosses is very nice. Have a teacher who will assist with our English improvement. Nice work/life balance.
    The challengesDealing with clients, chasing for deadline and workload is a lot but who is smart in arranging their schedule will find it easy to accomplish. Others teammate will always there to assist for difficulties you will facing.
