    A good organisaton that any teachers may work with
    The good thingsVery understanding and caring principal, friendly teachers, and adequate workload for teachers. This organization will only adopt teachers who have a passion for teaching. A good place to work and a valued team.
    The challengesHigh expectation especially when comes to students teaching and learning process. This company expects teachers to genuinely cooperate and deliver their knowledge.

    My role as a SN teacher is very challenging but as the same time I find it interesting because the children I work with are good enough for me to gain experience.I learn a lot of new things from them. I learn that Learning disabilities isn't a big problem.We as a teacher,its our job to guide and mould them into a good person in this society.

    The good thingsThe staffs are very good.They treat you very well like a family. The bond among the staffs are very much convincing.

    There's Always Something To Explore
    The good thingsI'm enjoying my days in this school because I've been given new opportunities to shine and show my talents. The other staffs are helpful and the management really concerns about the students' welfare. The school is still new and they readily welcome new ideas from we teachers.
    The challengesWorkloads can be heavy and facilities are still growing. But the management is constantly working towards it to improvise things. Benefits and perks are not very satisfying as the school is still new.
