    The challengesYou are required to have basic programming knowledge to be able to pick up all the tasks given, or else it will be hard to start with. And being able to work individually is a must.

    The good thingsThey have flexi hours which is very convenient for me if I have any activities before or after work, co-working space meaning we get to know more people, and get to sit where ever we like. There are also a lot of learning opportunities，management emphasize on employee growth, for me its a good thing. The company is still growing, meaning there are career opportunities lurking every where.
    The challengesYoung company, still working its way through, culture and system wise, still under construction.
