    The company itself & the products are good. It’s only handful in the sales department higher management leadership in how they lead that has made many felt no belonging to the company or the team.

    Very bad place for process engineer job
    The good thingsPerks and benefits. Good office environment. Flexible working hours
    The challengesProduction environment not for the faint hearted. Very challenging life as process engineer. Won’t have much support from production manager and other departments will be using you as a scapegoat. There is no work life balance as they require you to stay back for hours during machine breakdown and want you to come over during weekends. Please don’t choose process engineer job as the work load is very high. If you don’t believe me see the job opening for the position, almost every year will have opening.

    The challengesMust willing to work long hours, come back to factory after office hours or during weekend and PH (no OT but can request credit leave)

    The challengesproduction team have big challenges. in my opinion need to increase process engineer to ensure the machine runnability, process control & improvement, maintenance, etc on tip top

    It breaks your eyes working in this company.
    The good thingsIt seems like a big company, gets into it working NO LIFE for your self. Next, salary pay average market, but you have to burst out yourself. Don't believe what they claim just to attract you in without revealing the truth.
    The challengesAs claim above, people there. Salary pay. Work life is super super heavy and not a smart choice to stay for long.

    The challengesThe urgency is too changelings. when ever a projects is discussed during preflag meeting, this project will be on less periotised. and out of sudden this project will become so urgent and need to be completed with notice of time with not failure
