    The good thingsFriendly Colleague & Hybrid working hour. It is small company so you will handle more task. Therefore, for fresh graduate will had more opportunity to learning and gain experience. Besides, company having company trip, bonus, incentive claim.
    The challengesWhen project deadline is near, you need to rushing to complete your task to make the project live on time. Besides, the plat form is using third party purchase platform to develop the system (like Sitefinity), therefore it will be lack of fixing resource to reference.
