    Company need to be improved
The good thingsgood benefits compare with local company
The challengesJapanese does not know how to manage, dont know how to make the company forward, no future for long term working as no career growth, only benefits to the favorite. Non staff performance evaluation, only verbal review. Those who good bodek will be promoted and good bonus. Not suggest to fresh graduate to work here as nothing much can learn.

5 to 6 years in the role, current employee
Experience in Helpdesk Management & Incident Management with some Data Analytical skills for reporting purpose.
The good thingsAcceptable remuneration package. Good performance will reflect good bonus and increment. Other than salary, bonus, allowances and claimable expenses, fair medical coverage, yearly performance awards, company trip, other company events like annual dinner, etc.
The challengesJapanese working culture has it's Pro's and Con's. Some of the rules and regulations are different from a US, UK based company or others. Working culture and environment can be improved for better future. Management should listen more to employee's feedback and suggestion to accommodate their needs and understand the challenges at operational level. There must be check and balance to make sure a healthy working environment.

    Another Year, But Getting Worse
The good thingsBenefits are good, they provide mobile phone with data plan, vision allowance, medical check-up allowance, replacement leave if Public Holidays fall on the weekends, company trip, company annual dinner. Despite the economy is getting worse, they still remains all these without any cut.
The challengesThe working environment and culture here is very bad. Favoritism. There is no direction or clear guideline for everyone regarding what to achieve. Everyone shares the same increment and bonus be it you perform or not, which is very unfair. This is a Japanese company hence the hierarchy is very important. Certain things need many level of approval to get through and cause delay. The saying power and control is by Japanese not local, hence the promotion are not given to Malaysians but they rather recruit from Japan and be our superior, some with little or no experience to lead us. The locals are not getting along well, which split by races. They are no proper process and procedures for each division and team to follow. The locals are not willing to help each other and being calculative when it comes to work and tasks. Working hours are based on client, which is 8.30am to 6.30pm. No career advancement, no work satisfaction, live day by day. High turnover rate, all pioneer and senior have left.

Communication with management if can't speak Japanese. Office politic, no teamwork and support from colleague.

    Vinx Malaysia Overview
The good thingsEven though economy is not good in Malaysia, we still entitled bonus and salary increment. We have yearly company trip and annual dinner. For a small and consider still young company in Malaysia, they treated their employees quite well. They also provide transportation allowance. They are flexible and freedom is given as long as you are capable to complete your tasks.
The challengesThe career path might be slow or stagnant as they prefer their own people to lead the team. This is a Japanese company and most of the time all those details, projects or plannings only shared among themselves. Management always do last minute planning or decision to rush for completion. Some times, priority of projects are not given accordingly.
